On December 10th-11th, Jiang Ming, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of WUSM, and his group went to Zhengzhou, Henan Province to conduct a quality survey of graduates.
During the visit, Jiang Ming and his group visited The First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Henan Provincial People’s Hospital, Henan Provincial Cancer Hospital, Henan Provincial Thoracic Hospital etc., learning about the current situation of medical graduates. Leaders in each unit affirmed the performance of MUSM’s graduates at work.
Meanwhile, with the strong support of the Henan Alumni Association and its Medical Branch, the symposium of medical graduates was successfully held. At the meeting, Jiang and his group listened carefully to the opinions and suggestions of the graduates on the development of medical education in the alma mater.
The quality survey of graduates is aimed at understanding the human resources needs of medical institutions, and the opinions on students’ training. Also, it is an opportunity to establish a sound cooperation mechanism with employers to help the graduates solve the problem of employment.
