He left his footprints in the patrol yard of the guarded residents in the family area of Chenjiashan and took the initiative to move household materials for the elderly. In extraordinary times, he hurriedly participated in scientific epidemic prevention while rushing to participate in community anti-epidemic fights. Because the graduate student could not return to school on time, the work of the laboratory was completely shut down. After obtaining the approval of the relevant school leaders, he started working in the laboratory all day long. He said, "The epidemic is not over, but research cannot be delayed. I want to make up for the time that was delayed by the epidemic."

Gently caring for students

In the early days of the outbreak, he asked graduate students to take personal protection as soon as possible. The laboratory uniformly purchased and stored a sufficient number of N95 masks, 84 disinfectants, and medical alcohol. He always keep up with them on WeChat and check with the students "Everyone is ok? Are there any fever symptoms? Be sure to pay attention to safety!". On New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, we sent a "WeChat red envelope" to each graduate student; let all students felt the warmth of a brother. He said, "Some children have limited family conditions, and I will try to do as much as possible." He also added each student's parents on wechat.

Actively devoted in teaching

Due to the impact of the epidemic, the start of school this spring has been delayed. In order to ensure the teaching order of "suspended school, unsuspended teaching", he organized the teaching secretary to formulate detailed online teaching plans in time according to the actual situation of the course, and took the lead in learning a variety of online teaching software, and made preparations for the debugging of online teaching equipment. He is always improving and meticulous in the production of courseware for each class, and he does not miss the comments of each picture. The explanation is accurate, easy to understand. When teaching the introduction of modern biomedical cutting-edge technology and experimental methods, he is an expert. For example, he took his many years of practical experience accumulated in scientific research as a case, and shared the most cutting-edge experimental technology and method-related literature with students to help students understand the course content more deeply. After the lecture, Mr. Liang will ask the students how they feel about the lesson, and patiently answer their questions. He always adheres to the "people-oriented" teaching philosophy, and always puts the students' sense of gain in the classroom first.
