1. 心肌重构的发病机制与临床防治

  通过构建基因敲除和转基因小鼠、大鼠,复制高血压相关性、心肌缺血相关性和心肌病等相关性心肌重构模型,从整体、器官、组织、蛋白和基因水平对心肌重构开展系统性研究,探讨心肌重构病理特征和发病机制,并寻找药物和其他干预措施抑制或逆转心肌重构;

2. 心肌细胞电生理与心律失常

  应用膜片钳技术探讨各种心律失常性疾病中心肌细胞离子通道改变,验证各种药物特别是植物中提取的天然化合物单体对心肌心胞离子通道和电活动的作用及机制。
